We were able to see Laighton off at the airport. It was an early morning for the boys, but it was good for them to be able to see him get on the plane.
The boys were so excited to see these pictures of the C130. Laighton said that it was a very HOT ride! It was the hottest he had ever been in his life.

HOME SWEET HOME! Cozy, huh?!?
When Laighton got there work was very slow. But, now they are booked through July. He gets a little bored with all the cleanings. Here, he was doing a lot of endo and oral surgery every day. But on a happier note, he did find a Brazilian Jujitsu class 3 times a week! He did that in Cleveland and loved it!
Laighton is involoved in a program called
Operation School Supplies. They gather school supplies for the local Iraqi children. If anyone is interested in donating supplies and/or balls ect. please let me know and I will forward you the information.

How have you and the boys been doing without dad? Do you get to talk with him much? I know some deployed to Iraq can do video chat. I hope the time goes really fast. It is always hard being apart.
I can't even imagine that! How are you guys doing? I am glad that he has found the jujitsu there though...something to look forward to.
Hey Katie! It's Drea. How are you doing? I heard that Laighton was heading over to Iraq. Your boys are so cute and are getting big! Good luck with everything, I know you will do great. You are tough! It's good to see your blog. Take care!
So I knew I was out of touch but I didn't realize just how out of touch until I checked out your blog. I had no idea that Laighton was serving in the military. I'm glad that you commented on our blog so I was able to track down yours. Blogs are great for keeping in touch and it is good to see your family doing so well.--Reed, I have to specify when I comment because usually Carissa watches the blogs and keeps me updated.
I am not exactly sure how I found you but I am so glad that I did. I can't believe how big your boys are getting. I hope that you are doing good and surviving being a way from Laighton. I am glad I was able to catch up a little bit.
