Celebrating 10 years!!!!

Laighton and I have been married ten years today!
Happy Anniversary Love!

Life has taken us on an adventurous ride and we have been enjoying every minute (well, most of the minutes). Here are a few things that we have been up to lately.

Colter is 4 1/2 months now. What a good little baby!!!

Colter in the bike trailer.

Kaelor on the tag-a-long!

Kaelor, my little handsome man.

Jaden took a few minutes to find the right size tool to put the training wheels back on his old bike for Kaelor. He did a good job too, they were on really tight.

Our back yard is literally a forest. The boys spend hours out there everyday building forts, discovering lizards, frogs, turtles, and some not so friendly bugs.

Trevin's last game was Friday. He had an awesome season playing third base. He averaged 2 runs a game and had several good outs at third.

Overall, life is good.

FAMILY PICTURES

PICTURES BY CASSIE JONES (she did amazing! Let's just say it's a little tricky to take pictures of boys that are surrounded by sand and water :). Also, the sun was setting so we had limited time. Colter didn't really like the wind either but at least you can see the back of his cute little head. :)

Brandon and Cassie came to visit for a week. We spent a few days at the beach, then cassie and I left the boys with "the boys" and headed to Orlando with a few of my crazy friends for Time Out (: It was so much fun!! Thanks Cassie!!

Colter's Blessing

We blessed Colter 2 weeks ago. (I'm a little behind on my blog). He looked so sweet in his little tux (Thanks Mom!) We were so excited to have Brandon and Cassie come for the blessing. Cassie took these cute pictures for me. Colter is such a blessing in our home. He has the cutest little smile and is loved by all of his big brothers.

7 days of crazy fun!

Disney World was a BLAST. Laighton's parents and sister (Emily) flew into Orlando and we spent 7 straight days at Disney World. It was awsome! We stayed in a 4 bedroom villa with a private pool. The boys are already planning our next Disney trip.

Day 1 Hollywood Studios

I think everyone's favorite ride was the 3-D Toy Story. Trevin and Jaden were not fans of Tower of Terror.

Day 2 Epcot

Our favorites at Epcot were talking to Crush (finding Nemo) and Soarin'

Day 3 Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom was AWESOME! The boys were excited to ride the Monorail (or as Kaelor says "mamarail). The boys loved Splash Mountain!

Day 4 Downtown Disney

At the Lego store they have huge life size characters built completely out of legos. Trevin is really getting good at legos.

Day 5 Animal Kingdom

Grandpa bought us a big turkey leg to share....YUMMY!

The new Mt. Everest ride was AWESOME. The boys had a lot of fun at the Bug's Life 3-D, too.

Day 6 Magic Kingdom & Hollywood again

Day 7 Sea World
Shamu!! Shamu!! (or Shampoo! Shampoo! - as Kaelor calls him). AMAZING!

Surgery...

Last week we took Jaden to Pensacola to a pediatric ENT to do an exploratory surgery (airway exam). He did so well. The surgery was a pretty simple procedure but I was really worried about the general anesthisia. In the waiting room they gave him some "happy juice" to prepare him to go back into surgery. You can tell in the next picture he was kind of out of it. It was sad but he was so cute. We were watching Shark Tales and he kept smiling and reaching out saying "come back here". The fish were apparantly swimming out of the TV. He was trying to grab them. Then he said. "Now, I'm watching two TV's." When they took him back it was so sad. I can't explain the feeling but we knew the risks and he had no idea.
Jaden woke up from the anesthisia really well. (I guess some kids go crazy). The Dr. said that he has irregular folds on his vocal cords which is what is causing his hoarse voice. They don't want to remove them because it could damage the vocal cords but with voice rest he will be able to control it. (voice rest.......ha ha ha, maybe when he is older :) ) I love Jaden's little voice! Now I can enjoy it without worrying that something might be wrong. I love you Jaden!!
